Having grown up in her family’s Italian restaurant in Pittsburgh, PA, Ellen has a lifetime of experience in the hospitality industry. She began her official career with Hyatt Hotels & Resorts in Washington DC before moving to the famed Willard Intercontinental Hotel where she was fortunate to serve The Queen of Thailand, The King of Morocco, Members of Congress, Military Generals & Admirals, as well as numerous United States past Presidents & First Ladies. Ellen transitioned from hotels to restaurants where she worked with such iconic brands as Hard Rock Café and Ruth’s Chris Steak House. Most recently, Ellen was the North Regional Director of Private Events with ClubCorp before joining Heritage Golf Group in 2020.
