Vice President of Membership Sales

Patti Hulsebus has been our Vice President of Marketing and Sales since the acquisition of Heritage Golf. Patti has over 35 years of operational, development and sales experience in the private club industry. Most recently she was the V.P. of Membership and Sales supporting 30 clubs in 14 states at ClubCorp. Patti has experience in many aspects of the business including being a country club General Manager, Private Events Director, and Membership Director. While at ClubCorp, Patti worked with 25+ club acquisitions coordinating member focus groups, membership sales and retention plans, hiring and training sales personnel, developing communications plans, while also working with Club Board of Governors and Committees.
